Reflections at the Lakes Apartments

Reflections at the Lakes is my favorite apartment I ever had. The management in the office is the greatest and always willing to help. Deb has helped me so many times and I'm deeply indebted to her. They throw all the residents a party at the club house once a month and they make sure we all have a good time. I feel so blessed to have found this place to live. I LOVE IT!!!

I just moved into this residence and I would rate it 4/5 stars so far. The neighborhood is so quiet and close to everything you need. The maintenance team is on it every morning and quick with orders. The leasing office has helped me on a timely matter as well. The only issues I’ve had was a few minor defects that needed fixing when I first moved in and a switching of keys that were not working. Although the staff helped me very quickly, just a minor inconvenience. I highly recommend this place!

Office staff is friendly and the regular maintenance guys are on top of their game. I moved in on August 4th and any maintenance issues I've noticed since moving in have been resolved quickly. The complex is also in a great location close to loads of stores and restaurants. It is pretty obvious, though, that whoever is in charge of cleaning the apartments between someone moving out and someone else moving in isn't doing a very thorough job and that final walk throughs aren't being done. I moved in on Friday August 4th and started discovering multiple things that were missed during the cleaning process (greasy hand prints all over the light fixtures in the kitchen, something that looked like pasta sauce smeared on one of the cabinets above the fridge, and a layer of dust coating the bedroom blinds). What really got me, though, was finding the previous resident's hair as well as other debris etc. in the bathroom drawers. I found the hair on Saturday night after the office had closed for the weekend but I went the following Monday (August 7th) with pictures to let the office staff know what I'd found. I was told a cleaning crew would be by to take care of what I'd found. Nobody ever came, and I mentioned as much when I was asked the following day. I was told someone would definitely be there that day, but still nothing. I have brought it up several times since then and have even opened up administrative maintenance requests just for them to be closed out with a follow up email asking for feedback being sent without anything actuskly having been done. It's currently August 21st and I'm stuck cleaning a stranger's hair etc. out of the bathroom drawers myself since it's been three weeks and there's still been no sign of a cleaning crew.

Visited Reflections last weekend since I'm looking to move soon. Deb was awesome. I felt welcomed the moment I walked into the leasing office. Something that stood out to me was the amount of residents that waved over at Deb or took a second to greet her while we were walking down to take a look at an available unit. (Which by the way she knew all the residents all by name). That was definitely a green flag, just means she's personable & clearly a likable person. The complex has a nice gym, well equipped. I was especially impressed that they have a good sized sauna. However, the apartment we looked at was nice, but not sure it's what my roommate and I are looking for. The popcorn ceilings are a bit outdated for my liking. Otherwise, great location and people. :)

Absolute scam hidden in the lease, they will tow your car without warning and overcharge you for water and electricity, water is constantly out, internet has bad connection because of location, and there have been many problems and no one is nice, bad for out of staters and anyone honestly. I’m adding on to this post it is the day before Thanksgiving and the water has been off since 8am and know compensation like water bottles, Porta potties, or even acknowledgment that this is an ongoing problem, not even a gift card. When I talked to leasing agents they were unsympathetic and had no answers, this is the 5th time water has been shut off since I moved in along with countless other problems, this is an overpriced 35 year old property. Absolute dump and unfriendly people, please do t move here.
